Here's a quick and easy guide on what to do first!

Thank you for checking out our new website! With your input and feedback, we’ve created a site that is more user friendly and mobile-enabled.

Please note two changes that will make registration, logging in, & membership renewals a lot easier:

Each organization will have just one username and password.

Once you change your password (instructions below), please share login credentials with ALL those who post jobs, sign up for trainings, reserve meeting space, etc. This should include board members, staff and any volunteers that may need it.

However, if you are unable to share it with someone – not to worry. We can still sign them up for trainings with a simple call to CNE!

Membership renewals will happen automatically.

Because most of our members renew each year, we’ve streamlined the process to make it less work for you. If you have a proper credit card on file, membership renewal will be automatic. Don’t have a credit card? Not a problem. Our new system will generate an automatic email prompting you to submit your membership payment. And you can always cancel at any time.

Your organization’s username and password should have been emailed to the primary person on the account on January 28, 2016 shortly before 10 am.

Missing your login or you did not receive this email, please contact Valerie Washington.

 


After logging in, please follow these steps:

Change your password.

At the top right you’ll see “My Account” – within that section you’ll see “Organization Snapshot” on the right. Click “Edit Account Details” to change your password, primary contact person, mailing address, etc. Click “Update Account” at the bottom to save.

Update your organization profile and add all contacts.

In the same section, you’ll also see “Edit Organization Profile” where you can edit mission statement, executive director, and other organization details.

Include board, staff, volunteers – any who might use CNE’s services. Located in the “Edit Organization Profile” section. These will only be view-able when you are logged in–not in the publicly view-able member directory. Click “Update” at the bottom to save.

Update your member spotlight.

Also located in the “Edit Organization Profile” section. Images that are uploaded should be at least 1,000 pixels across to be included. Click “Update” at the bottom to save.

Get your ANNUAL special events on the calendar.

Do you have a special event that’s scheduled in the next year? Email us today and we’ll add it to the calendar.
