We are looking for folks who are interested in developing themselves as leaders and as human beings. Who are you at your best? What would support you being at your best more often?
What do you do to build resilience/sustain your energy in the workplace? Where do you tend to get stuck?
Are you willing to commit to six months, to assigned practices between sessions, and to sharing completed assignments with other group members?
