Libby Edwards-Allbaugh is the owner and manager of The Tax Ladies, LLC. The Tax Ladies specializes in financial consulting and services for startups, small businesses, and sole proprietors. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained a degree in political science.
Libby teaches classes for PVCC Worksource and does financial workshops for many local organizations. Libby is currently the treasurer for the National Coalition 100 Black Women of The Charlottesville Metropolitan Area, a member of Women United Together in Philanthropy, and an active member of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber.
