Suggestions such as practicing gratitude and intentional kindness, staying physically active, connecting with others, and being kind to yourself seem trivial when in fact, these are exactly what your brain needs from you. Join us for a fascinating look at the neuroscience behind how your brain approaches uncertainty, fear, and change and why your brain needs your help to help you through it.
