Surviving to Thriving in the Nonprofit World
Are you looking for guidance on how to lead your organization through disruption?
Katherine Whitney and Janet Marsh of Warren Whitney will share strategies with you to ensure that your nonprofit either continues to, or gets on the path to, thriving from a long-term perspective. Focusing specifically on client needs, people, partnerships, and technology, they will provide a framework reflecting on the current situation facing your organization, identifying some lessons learned, and staying oriented to opportunities as they arise out of our current shared disruption.
This session is part of CNE’s Practicing Strategic Resilience series, online programs that provide nonprofit practitioners with timely guidance on issues of the utmost concern during the current crisis related to COVID-19.
