Six Steps to Program Evaluation
Program evaluation is much more than tracking whether your program is having the effects that you think. This workshop will give a brief overview of the purposes of evaluation and how it can benefit your organization. Using examples based on real-world situations, we’ll go through the six basic steps to conducting an evaluation that shows funders your true effects and helps you to strengthen your program. Participants will receive worksheets that you can use to plan an effective evaluation of your program.
