Reopening and Reentry: Operations & Human Resources Considerations
The Governor’s phased “Forward Virginia” initiative has us all asking, “What will re-opening or re-entry look like for my organization?” How each of us answers that question will depend a lot upon the unique make-up of our organizations. But there are common themes and questions that we should all be considering as we move forward.
- Are we doing everything we can to ensure a safe environment for returning workers and clients?
- Are we compliant with new federal and state laws?
- How will compensation and benefits be affected by the hiatus and return to work?
- How can we best hire and onboard new employees?
- How can we mitigate liability while remaining accountable to our stakeholders?
We’re bringing together a group of professionals to provide perspective to you and your leadership teams on these and other relevant questions.

Kathleen Quinn, founder of Quinn and Associates, has over 30 years of experience in health care administration and operations consulting. She has volunteered in and served on several non-profit boards including the YMCA, Meals on Wheels, and CASA.
Jay Stalfort specializes in property & casualty insurance at Bankers Insurance where he has worked closely with nonprofits since 2012.
Presentations will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A period. So come curious!
