Power Of Partnerships (POP): Building Your Organization’s Collaborative Capacity
Do struggle to make collaborative behaviors and structures stick? Do you feel collaboration is undervalued within your organization?
Coalition members often find that it is harder to be an effective member of an external collaborative group such as a coalition if their own organization does not value collaborative structures, teams, beliefs, and behaviors. This POP Talk provides tools and strategies for building your organization’s internal collaborative capacity.
This session is part of our Power of Partnership (POP) Talks series, which tackles challenges faced by teams, partnerships, and coalitions. Led by CNE’s Senior Consultant, Mary Davis Hamlin, the innovative format features a 45-minute presentation which opens into 45-minute discussion dedicated to peer-to-peer learning and problem-solving. POP Talks are a product of CoLab.
