Organizational Resiliency through Appreciative Inquiry
Resiliency allows for successful growth and adaptation, but how can we best develop and sustain it in our organizations? Join Dr. Natalie May to learn how to foster resiliency through the lens of positive psychology and appreciative inquiry practices.
Participants will walk away with:
- A solidified understanding of resiliency and appreciative inquiry, and how they can lead to positive changes for nonprofits
- Tools and tips for generating creativity and optimism among staff and board members through daily activities and meeting techniques
- The ability to identify and focus on personal and organizational strengths to make improvements and maximize impact
By identifying and building on our strengths, fostering positivity and well-being, and seeing situations from a fresh perspective, we can create more resilient organizations together.
