Leaders of Color Collective
Join us for our next virtual gathering of the Leaders of Color Collective, a program designed specifically for and by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) working in the social impact sector. The collective is a space where nonprofit professionals of all levels can drop in for networking opportunities and professional development workshops.
Our amazing facilitators are nonprofit leaders from all over the state of Virginia. Our gathering will be facilitated by Dr. Elle Harris founder of The W. Agency, Shannon Beach, Director of Programs at the Community Investment Collaborative, and Valaryee Mitchell, Director of Programs at the Help Me Help You Foundation.
Our Theme: Sharing is Caring: Confronting Imposter Syndrome by Building Community in Nonprofit Spaces.
We are looking forward to seeing you on October 14, 2022; 10:00 am-12:00 pm ET, as we learn about how imposter syndrome manifests in our lives, have an open discussion with peers, and learn strategies to keep it from limiting how we show up in the world.
