Frameworks for Addressing Organizational Inequity
You’ve made a commitment to centering diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organization. Now it’s time to start building a plan and adopt a strategic approach.
Advancing racial equity requires organizations to shift mindsets and practices internally while advancing racial equity externally through changing practices and systems in the non-profit sector.
This 3-hour workshop will create an engaging space for you to:
- Review language and concepts related to racial equity
- Compare frameworks for guiding organizational change,
- Identify successes and growth opportunities in your DEI journey, and
- Prioritize action steps to build and sustain momentum.
This training is appropriate for any member of a nonprofit board or staff interested in pursuing equity work within their organization.
