Build Your Budget! (Finance for Non-Finance Professionals)

Are you responsible for organizational, departmental, or programmatic budgeting? Would you like to carry out these duties with more confidence? Would you like to have a more robust and rigorous budget?

David Deaton of Deaton Group LLC will lead you through a budgeting workshop with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll learn more about budget analysis and get feedback on your budget and budgeting process through a peer and instructor consultation. You’ll also get a chance to see how other organizations approach budgeting and learn from their successes and challenges.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How to analyse your budget, and
  • How to build a budget that works for your needs.
