Join CNE and Dr. Iglesias to learn how the implicit attitudes model can help address bias and stigma in workplace environments and help you build a more multicultural organization. Participants will review aspects of recruitment, hiring and retention, intra-staff dynamics, allyship in the workplace, and working through mistakes and disagreements. This session will provide the tools you need to turn your commitment to inclusion into action steps.
