Cultivating an Abundance Consicousness

Is your organization always worried about money? Do you feel like your competing for limited resources? Is the stress from this “lack mentality” leading to burn out among you and your colleagues? It might be the case that this mindset and culture is repelling funding, rather than helping to bring it in.

Join Dharma Alignment Coach, Colleen Coles, to learn how to change your mindset around money, time and resources. Reframe your beliefs so that you can stay focused on your goal and the work of your nonprofit, know that there is enough, and avoid burn out.  A lack mentality creates the perception of not enough. Replacing this with “abundance consciousness” can allow you to experience more time, more freedom, and more money in your nonprofit.

Through this workshop you will learn how to:

  • Identify a lack mentality and its effects you and your organization
  • Develop a new frame of mind for thinking about time and money that is beneficial to you and your work
  • Stay focused on your goal
  • Help to shift the organizational culture to benefit your team

Anyone who feels they don’t have enough time, money or energy to get their work done could benefit from this session.
