Are you a nonprofit leader looking for peer support and problem-solving during the ongoing crisis related to COVID-19? We want to help.

CNE is launching a weekly virtual forum called Collective Sustenance, a facilitated discussion space for  members of leadership and/or management teams (or leaders however you define them) to support and learn from one other while getting connected with helpful tools & resources.

The first forum, scheduled for March 31, 2020, from 9:00–10:00 a.m., will be an exploratory session to better understand and scope the interests of leaders related to a weekly forum. We will then shape the forum’s approach to best match your needs week-by-week. It is our hope that these facilitated discussions will allow you to support one another in your leadership roles during this disorienting and critical time for our agencies and our communities.

Each week participants will have the opportunity to sign-up. You don’t have to have attended prior weeks to participate. We welcome leaders whenever they are able to join us. We will cap each session at 12 participants to ensure a meaningful experience for those who are able to attend. Registered participants will receive a link via email to join the conversation approximately 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting.

This program will be most relevant to nonprofit leaders working in Central Virginia. If you are working outside of Central Virginia, please get in touch and we’ll work to connect you with resources in your area.
