Create Strategic Budgets & Manage Financial Position

A combination of two 7 Actionable Principles, this short, interactive session will introduce participants to the importance of developing processes and policies that enable nonprofits to incorporate all necessary costs and investments, justify each expense, identify cost-saving opportunities, and pursue predictable long-term revenue sources that are diversified. The tools and resources on the 7 Actionable Principles can help you begin planning and implementing the necessary changes.

We encourage you to watch these short videos on Principle 1 and Principle 2 to prepare for the session.

Virginia nonprofits, funders, and community partners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

American Sign Language interpreters or other communication access accommodations are available upon request. Please submit any accommodations requests to Andrew Robinson, Program Manager, 434-951-9042 or arobinson@thecne.org.
