Addressing Power Imbalances
Our first topic focuses on managing power imbalances to ensure effective and robust participation by group members. Power imbalances, unaddressed, can lead to the diminished participation or complete loss of key voices at the table–often those traditionally underrepresented in organizational and community decision-making.
“Addressing Power Imbalances” will take place at CNE’s Charlottesville office on October 24, 2017, from 9:00 – 10:30 am.
Wise and Inclusive Decision-Making
Our second topic in the series focuses on how to approach decision-making to support full engagement and rich problem-solving to craft solutions that participants are excited about and willing to support.
“Wise and Inclusive Decision-Making” will take place at CNE’s Charlottesville office on November 28, 2017, from 9:00 – 10:30 am.
