The Financial Health Review is a consulting program available to CNE members. The program assists organizations to assess the organization’s financial practices and identify areas and action plans for improvement. The process will involve six (6) to ten (10) hours of meetings with a consultant. The consultant will meet with the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or equivalent leadership team member, and other relevant staff and/or board member(s) responsible for managing finances.
