Description

Access to enriching, high quality out-of-school time programs leads to improvements in outcomes for children-at-risk, yet afterschool and summer enrichment providers often lack the training to successfully include children-at-risk. The Enrichment Alliance, in partnership with Camping for All, offers trainings on inclusion, including trainings by guest presenters who lead the field in out-of-school time inclusion.  This May, Bob Ditter who is a nationally recognized authority on camper behavior and staff training, will be our guest presenter.  This training will focus on helping staff support young people with significant challenges managing anger and anxiety. We are currently seeking a fundraising volunteer or intern to assist with raising funds for this important training.
