We provide assessment and training to support people in integrating our unconscious patterns regarding race, sexual orientation, religion, culture, class, gender, and dis/ability...for greater: effectiveness, impact, and solidarity across our differences; pride without prejudice; ability to refuse both silence and violence; capacity to catalyze meaningful systemic change w/o effort; greater clarity, purpose, passion; accountability w/o blame or shame.

|Description:||The Power of Difference Assessment was recently studied by North Carolina State University and found to be a valid and reliable measure of unconscious patterns related to gender, class, sexual orientation, dis/ability, religion, race, and culture. Currently the assessment is designed to be automatically scored for a single user. We are expanding that capacity so that groups can take the assessment and a group score will be automatically tabulated. We are working with a technician to redesign our Amazon Web Services system to make this possible.|
