Opportunity 1 |
Title: | Bennett's Village Treehouse |
Description: | Our Treehouse is part of the overall playground concept located at Pen Park and will be our Phase 1 project. This project will be the area's first truly accessible treehouse and will allow people of all abilities to have the experience of being in the forest and among the treetops, as access to natural areas is often limited to people with physical limitations. The Treehouse will be designed an built by a local Architect and Contractor. |

Opportunity 2 |
Title: | General Playground Fund |
Description: | A truly accessible, inclusive, and unique playground requires custom equipment, premium surfacing, functional yet attractive perimeter fencing, inventive planting design, plentiful seating, and specialized amenities such as misters and sensory play. Our mission is to bring this place to Charlottesville where the need is great yet unmet. We need your help to cover the costs of design plans, construction, and equipment. We are an all-volunteer organization with minimal administration costs so you can be assured that your donation will go almost entirely to cover the costs of building the playground. |
