The mission of Piedmont Housing Alliance is to create affordable housing opportunities and foster community through education, lending, and equitable development. Our five core values are equity, opportunity, home, community, and respect.

Title: | Redevelopment of Friendship Court |

Title: | Housing Counseling and Home Ownership |
Description: | An award-winning program that last year helped 40 families become first-time homebuyers with our special combination of coaching and down payment financing, and assisted a total of more than 600 clients with their goals of home ownership, credit repair, debt reduction, money management, and foreclosure prevention. |

Title: | Affordable Housing Development and Management |
Description: | Pursuing development opportunities for new high-quality affordable housing to fill the gap of over 5,000 affordable housing units needed in our community, including preservation of existing affordable housing within a portfolio of more than 600 apartment homes that we own and/or manage. |
