The Workforce Development Program Manager performs complex professional and administrative work in the planning and management of the City’s workforce development efforts. Provides strategic direction and program management of initiatives. Does related work as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Economic Development.

The hiring salary will be between $59,476.90 to $91,832 annually. Starting offer is based on applicable education, experience, and internal equity. Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the administration of workforce and economic development programs.
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. (If no bachelor’s degree, minimally two years of undergraduate coursework with four years of highly related experience may be considered equivalent).
