Description
JABA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 8 hours per week to provide health screenings and nursing and health promotion services to clients who attend the Greene Community Center. A bachelor’s degree is preferable. A minimum of two years of experience in geriatric or community health nursing or commensurate experience is desired. Must possess skills to conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop and implement care plans for clients in each setting; be knowledgeable of health promotion and screening methods, as well as, local community resources and able to work independently without direct supervision and as a member of the Health Services team.
