ReadySteps Early Education Specialist – 30 Hours per week, plus full health benefits

Responsible for the following job duties:

• Leading community-based playgroups for children 0-5 years old and their families
• Facilitating playgroup activities and completing developmental screenings and weekly observations
• Sharing information and resources related to parenting/caregiving and school readiness
• Working in partnership with families and community partners to identify and reduce barriers to success in school

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience working with children and/or families, or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with experience working with children and/or families
• Current and valid driver’s license required
• Anticipated start date by August 29, 2022

We will train–Initial and ongoing training throughout employment is provided to all ReadySteps program staff.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: starting at $30,000
