Description
JABA is seeking qualified candidate for Preschool Teacher. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a program to teach young children. Individual will demonstrate up most confidentially, showing respect to both the children and parents. Along with ensuring that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. Have the Physical capacity necessary to assist and support children (able to lift 30 pounds). Skills Required
Minimum High school diploma, with two plus years’ teaching experience in daycare setting or public or private school. Meet educational and experience standards as set forth by VA Department of Social Services. Must provide three relevant and satisfactory references.
Work Schedule
Full Time – 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
