Description

Wintergreen Performing Arts, Inc. (WPA) seeks a part-time administrative professional with excellent people skills. This position will focus responsibility of three key areas:

  • office management (both physical and remote/cloud-based)
  • housing coordination between musicians and volunteers
  • volunteer coordination (main staff contact for the pre-formed, self-organized WPA Volunteer Guild)

The WPA office is in Nellysford and while some remote work is possible, this person would need to be in the office part time at least twice a week. Flexibility is possible depending on seasonal workload.

Job Duties

  • Manage general email accounts
  • Coordinate with WPA Volunteer Guild
  • Coordinate housing process: securing donated housing and matching with guest artists/musicians
  • Maintain database & records
  • Process ticket sales
  • Physical office duties
    • i.e., answer phones and check voicemail
  • Organize cloud-based “office”
  • Monitor administrative accounts
  • Assist with mailings as needed
  • Manage supplies and inventories
  • Provide positive customer support
