Description
WNRN has over 4500 members throughout Central Virginia and world wide. The Member Services Manager is responsible for: stewardship of our members; assisting in fund drives and station events; development, acquisition, and fulfillment of member thank you gifts. The position manages the member database including keeping member records up to date, analyzing data, reporting on membership statistics and retention rates, and tracking prospects and activities. New to this role is researching grant opportunities, and tracking grant applications and deadlines. The manager provides ongoing communication with members via phone calls, and preparation of weekly member VIP emails and monthly general emails.
Skills Required
Qualifications: minimum two years in a similar role within a member based organization including database management. Must be able to think analytically and creatively, and be organized. All staff is required to be in Charlottesville office on Mondays. Must appreciate the music we play, exhibit commitment to WNRN mission and its donors, enjoy the experience of local events, and embrace the culture of community.
