Description

Partnerships for Strategic Impact™ coaches, trains, and supports nonprofits, foundations, and corporate CSRs in creating, demonstrating, communicating, and using impact. We partner with clients to generate knowledge positioned for social justice, equity, and returning power to those who have been disenfranchised.

Partnerships for Strategic Impact™ is a boutique program development and evaluation firm established in 2004 and located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Historically, we have worked with small nonprofits to clearly articulate what they do, why they do it, and what impact their work has for the people they serve. To do this, we have offered an array of customized, one-on-one consultation opportunities, as well as small, group trainings. We have also designed programming, conducted community needs assessments, created and implemented program evaluation plans, and facilitated strategic planning retreats. We have also worked with foundations funding smaller nonprofits and collaboratives to gather and showcase the impact they fund. We produce written actionable reports and design data visualizations and dashboards.

Offering Launch: We are currently undergoing a brand and website refresh. In the coming months, we will be pivoting to a central, core offer which will better equip and support organizations in the process of achieving impact, and from which our array of services will be offered. • Design a marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire at least 1000 quality leads per month
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing quarterly budgets, tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
