Inside Out Program and Clinical Supervisor

Inside Out Program and Clinical Supervisor – Full time, 40 Hours per week

Responsible for the following job duties:

• Provide regular reflective supervision to assigned staff to promote professional growth, discuss strategies, develop plans, and review program documentation.
• Effectively communicate and model the mission, vision, and culture of the organization to staff and the community and effectively practice the principles of shared leadership with the Program Director and other Supervisors.
• Provides clinical assessment and intensive, specialized mental health treatment to child and adolescents who have experienced trauma and their family members as needed.

Successful candidates will have:

• Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• State licensure in designated field.
• Minimum of 3 years direct clinical practice, including one year of administrative and/or supervisory responsibility.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and desire to take initiative
• Knowledge of treatment needs of abused and neglected children.
• Ability to organize time effectively and to meet assigned work demands.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: starting at $58,000
