Growing Minds Program Supervisor – Full time, 40 Hours per week

Responsible for the following job duties:

• Partners with early childhood caregivers/providers, educators and administrators who seek to increase the quality of birth to five early care and education services.
• Uses approved, evidence-based assessment tools and resulting data to assist providers to enhance their care and learning environment through professional development.
• Provides supervision to the Early Learning Specialists who deliver direct services to providers.
• Supervisor will be trained in Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS).

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience working with early care and education programs preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience training and/or coaching adult learners.
• Familiarity with strength-based approaches in supervision and service delivery, or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices with children.
• Ability to provide direct service with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to interact effectively with community based partners.
• Ability to organize time effectively to meet assigned work demands.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary range: $48,000 – $54,000
