Description
This position is 20 hours per week
The Finance Specialist will assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of the JABA finance office. This will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, as well as Budgeting. The Finance Specialist will work closely with Finance Manager in the preparation of timely reports for internal and external use to various local, state and federal organizations.
Additional Duties:
- Banking correspondence
- Cash Management
- Accurate reporting and accounting
- Maintain and store financial records
- Participate in cross training within the finance department
- Performs other related work and financial services as required
Skills Required
Exceptional skill using Microsoft Suite as well as accounting software
