The Director of Development creates and executes a comprehensive plan to increase philanthropy at Tandem Friends School.  S/he will plan and implement an annual fundraising plan including soliciting gifts, recruiting and managing volunteers, and creating all material.  The Director will also participate in alumni relations, plan and execute fundraising and cultivation/stewardship events, and collaborate with the Director of Advancement to raise gifts for program, endowment and facilities projects as necessary.  The Director of Development also maintains a portfolio of major donors for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
