Description

This is a multitasking position requiring a cooperative manner, easily works with others and can operate independently when needed; research and development of new funding sources; applying for new funding opportunities to increase the agency’s capacity to provide services to its clients and maintain its stability as a not for profit organization. Assists with completing the community needs assessments and organize community meetings for feedback; attend workshops and conferences on occasion; working with staff regularly to complete grant requests and other community endeavors; newspaper write-ups and summary of progress for board reports; administrative support to the Executive Director, work with community partners when assigned, to promote the mission and goals of Skyline CAP, Inc.

Skills Required

Must have the ability to communicate effectively and interact cooperatively with others. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be attentive to detail and follow up with assigned task. Must be able to establish priorities, accomplish objectives within specific time frames and follow up with written reports. Must be neat and organized. Must be competent with Microsoft 365 Word, Excel and internet searches. Must be able to interpret and apply grantor requirements and prepare required reports in a professional format.
