Community Services Associate III/ Intensive Services Team

The Intensive Services Team is looking for a new member. The position provides a unique caseload and working as a team while offering independence in performing work. The position serves a diverse population of adults with mental illness in the community in a non-traditional setting and requires professionalism, flexibility, dependability, belief in recovery from mental illness, patience and the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. Person-centered approach and service planning skills are critical. Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one years’ related work experience required.  Must meet certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult (QMHP– Adult) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Must have a valid VA driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and insurance and be willing to use personal vehicle. $36,396.70 annually.

Community Services Associate III/ Nunley

Join an organized and thoughtful team of mental health professional providing support services to individuals recovering from serious mental illness. Looking for someone who believes in recovery from mental illness, who is professional, dependable, flexible, patient and dedicated.  Be part of a team assisting individuals with apartment and community living skills.  The CSA III provider offers instruction in daily living skills, provides assistance obtaining community resources, monitoring of psychiatric and behavioral status and crafts individual service plans.  Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one years’ related work experience required.  Must meet certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult (QMHP– Adult) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.  Hours are Sunday – Thursday afternoon/ evenings. $36,396.70 annually

Community Services Associate III 75% /Crozet

The Crozet team is looking for someone to join them in coordinating and implementing psychosocial rehabilitation techniques for people with serious mental illness in a clubhouse environment.  The CSA III worker will provide assessment and planning services, develop individualized and person centered plans, and will coordinate with team members  in providing supervision and engagement of clubhouse work to support pursuit of goal attainment for the entire membership.  Caseload is weighted toward older persons in a rural setting.  Will need own vehicle to transport consumers.  Must meet QMHP as set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.  Hours are Mon-Tues 8:00 – 3:30; Wed-Fri 8:00 – 1:30.  $27,297.56 annually

Community Services Associate III, Nelson

The Nelson Counseling Center is looking for a new member of a dynamic and diverse team. We are seeking an individual to provide mental health skills building services in a rural community setting. Incumbent will spend time in the community, assisting individuals with activities of daily living, accessing community resources, and maintaining their personal health and safety. Will assist with medication management, monitor nutrition and physical condition, and provide assistance with the use of community resources. Must meet certification Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult, Eligible (QMHP-E) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. $36,396.70 annually.
