Community Engagement Coordinator: The Shelter for Help in Emergency is seeking a well-qualified person to develop & coordinate community engagement activities designed to raise the profile of the agency in the community & enhance the delivery of services to clients. Responsibilities include building relationships within business, civic, faith, & other community groups to encourage individual & group participation in support of the Shelter’s mission. Position is responsible for the recruitment & oversight of volunteers supporting all agency activities. Must have creative training skills, enthusiastic public speaking ability, be highly organized, detail focused, and tech savvy. Some weekend & evening availability required.
