Advocate/Case Manager

Description

The Shelter for Help in Emergency is seeking qualified applicants to fill FT Advocate/Case Manager position with the primary responsibility of providing individualized support and advocacy services to adult victims of domestic violence to address their immediate/emerging needs.  Other responsibilities include providing crisis hotline and facility coverage; maintaining documentation of services; and, acting as an agency liaison and client advocate with community resources.

Persons interested in social change work in the area of intimate partner violence are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s Degree in human services-related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.  3 years of relevant experience may be substituted for Master’s Degree.
