Randi Carr

Randi is the principal of RCarr Consulting, LLC, an HR firm providing interim HR services and system implementations. She spent the first half of her professional life working in the non-profit sector. At the Girl Scouts of Greater Philadelphia for 13 years she held positions in membership, programming, and fund-raising. As the executive director of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Philadelphia Bar Association, she directed the fund-raising efforts, largely from the legal community and was responsible for the grantmaking process to the public interest community.

In 2000, Randi accepted her first HR role and has been in that arena ever since. Her experience has been in the financial services, entertainment, healthcare, and aerospace industries.  In 2016, she founded RCarr Consulting.

Randi was born and raised in Charlottesville. She graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in American Studies and received an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. She lived in Philadelphia from 1979 until she returned to Charlottesville this past September.
