KIMBERLY DIAZ, CO-FOUNDER + CEO
Kimberly brings over 8 years of nonprofit management and teaching experience at Teach For America. She has a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Virginia, and an MAT from American University. Currently, Kimberly is pursuing her MBA as a Forte Fellow and Consortium Scholar at UVA Darden School of Business. She is a Tiny Fellow at 4.0 Schools. In addition to her work at oneTILT, Kimberly has coached and consulted with EdFuel and Teach For America. She loves SoulCycle, the Yankees, and all things Celia Cruz.
ANDREW DAUB, CO-FOUNDER + COO
Andrew brings over 8 years of nonprofit management and teaching experience at Teach For America. He has a BA in English from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, and an MEd from George Mason University. He is a Tiny Fellow at 4.0 Schools and REALITY Leadership Fellow at the Schusterman Foundation. In addition to his work at oneTILT, Andrew has coached and consulted with EdFuel, 2Revolutions, and WorkMonger. He also serves on the board of One Common Unity. He loves tennis, screenwriting, and all things Patagonia.
