A career development professional, Carol Pribulka has experience with organizations of all types and sizes developing unique programs to meet their needs. Her expertise has been cultivated through leading programs in strategic planning, campaign planning and management, identifying and cultivating donor markets, major and principal gift programs, foundation relations and proposal writing, board development, and communications. She has been highly successful hiring fundraisers with potential and then training, mentoring and managing them to success.
As an independent consultant, Carol uses her experience and passion for the nonprofit sector to help organizations achieve their potential at any stage in their development. Her success is built on integrity, hard work, and measurable results. From the first meeting, she builds trust with clients, listening to their vision, goals and needs and developing a realistic plan to meet them.
Carol has a B.A. in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, M.A. in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University, and Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
