The Center for Nonprofit Excellence and The Community Foundation serving Richmond and Central Virginia have collaborated to conduct the first-ever, regional, nonprofit compensation and benefits survey. For the first time, salaries of leadership staff in the Greater Charlottesville and Greater Richmond regions will be compared with each other, and then benchmarked with comparable nonprofit, private, and government sector salary data for the region, the Commonwealth, and the nation.
The results of this survey can be used to help organizations ensure that they can offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, identify disparities in compensation, and advocate for competitive salaries that ensure organizational vitality and longevity.
By completing this survey, your organization will receive free access to the 2017 survey results, which will be available in the fall of 2018. Otherwise, the final report can also be purchased for $150.
The survey can be completed in about 20 minutes and should only be completed by ONE individual per organization.
