Seeking to hire a full-time Development Director with some flexible work from home hours (this is a replacement position). Salary, based on experience, $30,000 with health benefits. Development Director must be a team player with willingness to wear the many hats of a camp staff member (ability to talk with a donor while helping a camper make a lanyard a plus.) Additional "hats" include some weekend responsibilities: leading volunteers, working with rental groups and assisting with summer camps.
