Are you an executive director or leader of color looking to invest in your own personal and professional development? Consider CNE’s Leadership Circles program.

Leadership Circles are facilitated small groups made up of nonprofit professionals that meet on a monthly basis. These circles provide a confidential setting in which peers can discuss and solve real-time problems with real-world experience. Whether you’re looking to build your current leadership or preparing to grow into a leadership role, CNE has a facilitated circle that is right for you.

CNE Leadership Circles Include:

Executive Circles: Senior leadership roles within an organization can leave us feeling isolated and alone. Get the support you need through this confidential peer group.

Leaders of Color Circle: Centered on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) peer support and shared wisdom, this Circle aims to create a space where BIPOC leaders can ask and offer support around self-care strategies, nonprofit core competencies, and leadership skills while embracing their cultural heritage as an important asset for themselves and the sector.
